Our research cluster would like to thank all the participants who joined the social gathering and networking event on the 10th of August. We have members from across Mahidol and beyond, stretching across the Humanities and Social Sciences (MUIC, MULA, AIHD) and a new friend joining from the ICT and the Tan Chang Private Museum, as well as interested parties who couldn't make it from the CRS, IHRP, the Faculty of Medicine, and the Thai Film Archive.

The 4-minute introduction of each person's research was fun and highlighted multiple shared research areas across literature, translation, women's studies, visual arts, cinema, moving images, museum, heritage, games studies, critical research in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, migration and ethnic minority cultures. We are also particularly glad to welcome established, retired, mid-career and early-career members together, and grateful that our research support unit also helps make everything run smoothly.

We hope to meet everyone again at our future event(s)!
